Beyond the DREAM Board: Creating Space for Unexpected Magic in 2025

Women 50+ creating dream baords for 2025

But First, Your Vision or Dream Board

On the cusp of 2025, it’s time to take stock of where we have been and dream about what can be. Here are my step by step directions to help you create a vision of your 2025 (and beyond!) and hopefully make it a reality!

Take the Time to Dream

Take a moment. Find a quiet space where you won't be interrupted. Perhaps it's your favorite reading chair, a peaceful corner of your garden, or your home office sanctuary. Grab your Countess Code journal (OK - that was a blatant sales pitch - grab any journal you like) and your favorite pen.

Close your eyes and take three deep, centering breaths. With each exhale, feel yourself settling into this moment of possibility.

To set the stage - it’s fine to want to manifest material possessions - but chances are you've already created that beautiful life. Maybe focus this year on tapping into what makes your soul sing, what leaves you feeling alive with purpose at this stage of your journey.

Journal Prompts to Ignite Your Vision:

  1. When you imagine yourself at your most fulfilled in 2025, what are you doing? Who are you becoming?

  2. What legacy do you want to create? Think beyond traditional success - what impact do you want to have on your family, community, or the world?

  3. List 3-5 feelings you want to experience more deeply in 2025. Perhaps it's:

  • The pride of launching your coaching practice

  • The joy of completing your first book

  • The freedom of running your business from anywhere in the world

  • The deep connection of mentoring other women

  • The peace of knowing you're living true to yourself

4. What would it feel like to:

  • Wake up excited about your work every day?

  • Share your wisdom in ways that light you up?

  • Create a business that works around your ideal lifestyle?

  • Finally bring that long-held dream to life?

Take 15-20 minutes to let your thoughts flow freely. Don't edit or judge - this is your time to dream big. Remember, you've already proven you can create success. So what can your life look like if there were no limits?

“Organize Your Dreams”

Now look at your journal entry and start to “organize” those dreams into a description. Describe what that dream looks like. Where are you? What are you doing? Who’s around you? What are you wearing?

For example, “The joy of completing your first book” might look like you sitting at a book signing surrounded by enthusiastic people wanting to sign your book. You are smiling and wearing your favorite outfit. The sun is shining through the windows.

Write out a description for each dream you have..

Now , because I am a super geek, I recommend creating images that reflect these accomplishments in FluxLora (I use Magai at $20 a month to access it, but you can use any image creation app including MidJourney, FLux-ai.io - or actually take digital images or even paint them! )

However you want to create a visual image of your visions or dreams is up to you!

Creating Your Vision with AI: The Flux LoRa Method

Ok - for those of you wanting to create a digital and lifelike representation of your dreams, let’s do this!

I'm excited to share how we can use AI to create images that truly represent your vision - not just generic stock photos, but personalized representations of your dreams.

Using Magai and Flux LoRa to Generate Custom Images:

As mentioned - you can access Flux LoRa with your Magai account, or natively at Flux-ai.io. But if you are using some other process to create images of yourself in your dream scenario - do that! But for Magai and Flux LoRa, keep reading!

1. Start a New Image

  • On the Magai dashboard, click New Image.

  • Select the AI Model for image creation (e.g., Flux LoRA).

2. Prepare Your Files

  • Gather a collection of high-quality JPEG images of yourself (or the subject).

  • If you have images in other formats (e.g., HEIC), convert them to JPEG. On Mac:

    • Right-click an image, select Convert Image, and choose JPEG and a large size.

  • Create a folder to organize your JPEGs and compress the folder (right click compress) into a ZIP file.

  • Drag and drop your ZIP file into the upload area in Magai.

3. Create your new LoRa

  • Create New Image

  • Choose Flux LoRa

  • Train New LoRa

  • Name your LoRA (e.g., "Viveka 2024").

4. Set a Trigger Word

  • Assign a trigger word (e.g., “VivPro”).

    • This is the word you’ll use in prompts to generate images with the uploaded LoRA.

5. Enable Masking (Optional)

  • Check the mask option to remove the original background from the photos.

6. Set the Number of Steps

  • Enter 2000 steps for optimal results.

7. Create the LoRA

  • Click Create LoRA. The process takes about five minutes.

And now to Generate those personalized Images

  • Once your LoRA is ready, go back to New Image and select the LoRA you created.

  • Enter your trigger word (VivPro in my case) in the prompt.

  • Choose image size (portrait, landscape, or square).

  • Write a detailed prompt (e.g., "Professional LinkedIn portrait in an office wearing a purple suit"). This is where you will use the descriptions from above.

  1. Start with Your description

Take those feelings and visions from your journal and transform them into descriptive phrases. For example:

  • "Confident woman in her 50s speaking on stage, sharing wisdom with grace"

  • "Peaceful author writing in a sunlit home office overlooking nature"

  • "Joyful grandmother teaching business skills to young entrepreneurs"

2. Crafting Your Prompts In FluxLoRa,

When crafting your prompts, be specific about:

  • Age representation (specify "woman in her 50s/60s with silver hair")

  • Setting (your ideal work environment or speaking venue)

  • Emotion (include words like "confident," "peaceful," "fulfilled")

  • Activity (what you're doing in your vision)

  • Save multiple versions that resonate with you

  • Download and save your images to a file you can easily find.

A Personal Note on Dreams and Destiny

As someone who's navigated multiple entrepreneurial chapters - from solopreneur to co-founding a multi-million dollar company with 44 employees - I've learned that our greatest achievements often transcend our initial visions. When I left my corporate role, I never imagined I'd create Beyond the Dream Board, helping women 50+ step into their power and purpose.

The dream board you're creating today is not your destination - it's your launching pad. It's a tool to help you recognize possibilities and open your heart to even greater opportunities the Universe has in store.

Just as my journey took unexpected turns just about every seven years, leading me from LinkedIn training to software development to transformational coaching, your path might surprise and delight you in ways you cannot yet imagine.

Your Next Steps:

  1. Create your vision or dream board using the techniques we've shared

  2. Display it where you'll see it daily

  3. Stay open to signs and synchronicities

  4. Trust that what's coming might be even better than what you've envisioned

Remember:

This practice isn't about limiting yourself to what you can currently imagine - it's about opening your mind and heart to possibilities beyond your current understanding. The images and words you've chosen are simply seeds of potential, waiting to bloom in ways that might pleasantly surprise you.

Your vision board is not a rigid blueprint - it's an invitation to the Universe to co-create with you.

As you look at these images of confidence, purpose, and joy, know that they represent the beginning of your journey, not the end.

In my work with Beyond the Dream Board, I've witnessed countless women discover gifts, opportunities, and purposes far greater than their initial dreams.

That's the real magic - not just manifesting what we can imagine, but creating space for what we can't yet conceive.

As you embark on your 2025 journey, hold your visions close but your possibilities even closer. Your dream board is just the first chapter of an extraordinary story that's still being written.

Ready to explore what lies beyond your dream board? Let's connect and discover how to transform these visions into your legacy business. Because women's words and wisdom will indeed change the world - starting with yours.
