Authority + Visibility is a five-day, small-group intensive in Costa Rica for women who are ready to strengthen their voice, grow their visibility, and build real momentum in their business. If you’ve been showing up online but feel scattered, inconsistent, or unsure how to translate your ideas into steady growth, this week is designed to help you focus, simplify, and move forward with clarity. This is not a lecture-style retreat or a networking event. It is a working week where we build your foundation together.

Over five focused days, we’ll start by clarifying what you want to be known for and who you are actually speaking to. Many women are talented and experienced but unclear in their positioning, which makes visibility harder than it needs to be. We’ll refine your message, identify your core themes, and map out a practical content direction so you’re no longer guessing what to say or how to say it. You’ll leave with a clearer brand foundation and a plan you can immediately use.

From there, we’ll strengthen the platforms that support your authority. You’ll improve your LinkedIn profile so it reflects the level you’re stepping into, not the version of you from two years ago. We’ll shape posts that build trust and open doors, and we’ll clarify how long-form content—like Substack or thought pieces—can deepen your credibility and connection. This is hands-on work. You won’t just talk about ideas; you’ll draft, refine, and update in real time.

A major focus of the week is learning how to use AI in a way that actually supports your business. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by tools and trends, you’ll build simple systems and repeatable workflows that save time and reduce mental load. You’ll leave with customized prompts, clear processes, and a practical way to use AI as an assistant that helps you stay consistent without losing your voice.

On our final day, we’ll bring everything together. You’ll refine your messaging, make final updates to your platforms, and capture professional brand photos so your online presence visually matches your authority. The goal is that you don’t leave with notes—you leave with progress. Clearer positioning. Stronger visibility. Systems in place. And the confidence that comes from actually moving forward.
